Anyone know where I can find a salon that can dip dye hair? I’m looking for a place that has colorful dyes (ex. pink, purple, turquoise, etc.). I’ve looked at the other haircut post on the forum, but it hasn’t really helped. Any recommendations?

Whats special about dip dye? In case she asks, because I’ve never heard of it.
