In my experience, Taiwanese girls (and Asian girls in general) seem to have quite hair-free legs. But “hair-free” doesn’t exactly mean “hairless”, and most of them still have some fine hairs here or there, the degree of which varies from girl to girl.
Now I’m a stickler for smooth legs. It’s a huge turn-on for me. Just one of those things. But it’s so hard to find a girl who regularly shaves her legs here. The answers they always give for not wanting to are “I don’t have that much leg hair” and “I prefer to be natural”. Well, I hate to break it to you, but while you may not have “that much” leg hair, it’s still enough to be a turn off.
It’s really weird. While Taiwanese girls religiously shave their armpits, it seems like the leg region is strictly off-limits for the vast majority. I have more luck convincing girls to shave their pubes than their legs. I mean, if you care enough to take the razor under your arms, then why not also take a swipe over the legs? I thought legs were dominant for female sexuality in Taiwan, followed by breasts and ass. You’d think that since they love to wear short shorts and short skirts so much that having smooth legs would be a priority, but it’s not. I just don’t understand it.
I guess this falls into the same awkward category of suggesting to a girlfriend who has significant peach fuzz to wax her upper lip. Are there any ways to approach this sensitive topic with more finesse and success? Because I’m not having much luck here.
Um…what have been the ways you’ve tried to let the girls know that you’d prefer smooth legs? I mean, did you simply tell them “why don’t you shave your legs?” OR “umm…smooth legs are really nice…soft to caress [strike]and [enter whatever PG13 comments here][/strike]…babe would you like to give it a try?” Try to create some incentives, see if that works
As to why most Taiwanese girls in Taiwan don’t shave their legs, I suppose the society/culture just hasn’t caught up to it (leg shaving wasn’t that prominent in the West until the early 20th century, yes?). Also, if memory serves, there aren’t that many shaving product choices in Taiwan (unlike in N. America there are so many choices: different kinds of shaving cream, 3-blade, 5-blade razors, razors with moisturizing bars etc etc), so it doesn’t create an atmosphere that leg-shaving is aesthetically essential. At least this is my guess.
I shave my legs on a regular basis, but then, I’m not your typical Taiwanese girls. So, um, good luck
wax her legs yourself, as part of bondage play. start with a little candlewax, etc, and build up to a firm tie-down and waxing. finish with much oiling down and… etc.
What about arm hair? The other day at my fav italian resto in berkeley there was this 30s something couple who sat next to me. I actually had to move to another table because I could NOT resist looking down her shirt at those very very ample breasts she had. To avoid a possible confrontation with her bf. She was a very pretty white girl. Her only fault was that she actually had more hair on her arms then i do ! Course I am not particularly hairy. Maybe it was those huge tits that got her the hair? I dont know.

Arm hair isn’t that bad for me because arms in general aren’t as sexual as legs. But I agree, too much, especially more than mine, is not a good thing.

Maybe she wasn’t American. My female roommate in Germany didn’t shave her armpit hair and had more armpit hair than I do.

Same with the arms…I know a few German women with rather thick arm hair who don’t remove it. Even if it is blonde it still looks awful.

It reminds me when I wound up in bed with a German artist in Freiburg. Regretfully she didn’t shave her armpit hair either.
How about making a deal with your girl… like… I will wax my back and you can wax your legs? or both of us should keep clean in arm pit area? Excessive hair on some areas is a turn off for a guy as well as a gal. I guess if you would care for her turn-offs, she will take care of your turn-offs too.
Good advice. I don’t think it is unreasonable to request these types of things of your partner. If she resists, you may be in for bigger problems in the future with more serious issues!

I must say thick black arm hair is pretty freaky, and it’s definitely a more common here … but, really, Taiwanese girls (in general) aren’t nearly as hairy as other nationalities. What hair there is is so fine and soft it’s barely noticable. I’d rather see/feel that than stubble.

In comparison with Pinays for example , Taiwanese female legs are hairless.
