Years ago, I remember there were a few streets near Taipei Main Station that sold Halloween and Christmas decorations / costumes / etc. Are they still there and are they open on Sundays?
Hua Yin Jie shopping district around Chang’an Road is the area that changes with the seasons and you’ll see it in all directions. Mostly decorations and simple costumes. Open everyday.
Adult costumes are in Ximen.
