Any LGBTQ friendly Halloween Events planned in Taiwan?

Pride is typically at the end of October around Halloween. However, it was announced that because of Covid it will be held virtually this year.
The official website (遊行資訊 — 第十九屆臺灣同志遊行官方網站 / 2021 Taiwan LGBT Pride Official Site) mentions interactive websites, online shows, podcasts and chat rooms, etc., yet it’s ten days away and there are still no details.
The usual Rocky Horror Picture Show events for Halloween have also been canceled Time Warp Taiwan
