Hope you all can enjoy this years longer holiday weekend ~ and eat 月餅 (mooncake) and outdoor grilling BBQ (not sure Taipei do this much anymore, we will do ours on the roof)

Just ordered mooncake but doubt the quarantine hotel will allow us any outdoor grilling! Happy mid autumn festival all!

I like barbecued moon cakes.
We got an indoor grill last year, used it for the 2nd time today. Cleaner and I avoid the smoke. (I hate BBQ smoke and do not like Korean BBQ DIY )
Just looked out my window, facing east in Taitung, and saw a huge red glow on the horizon. Fire? Lightning? Turned out to be the moon rising out of the sea behind the clouds.
