Hardware capture card for screenshots of BIOS

I need a HDMI hardware capture card to take screenshots of a BIOS menu.

Any suggestions for something affordable, available in TW, and preferably standalone?

There are many HDMI Capture USB ‘sticks’.

I got my dad some that even supported composite. So you could hook up old VCR SCART → composite → USB Capture → digital video
