It seems Hsiao Ma is a rare breed. The news tonight reported that Ma adopted his famous dog something like eight years ago. But no one has ever seen the dog it seems. That’s what his neighbours say according to media who went looking. This is interesting. It’ll be interesting to hear Ma’s explanation of why he never mentioned that the dog was housebound. Shouldn’t he have been taking it jogging every morning?
I’m sure he was always planning, for the last seven years, to give back the public money he spent on the dog.
Theres good reason to suspect dong play hardly any part in the ongoing drama; more likely someone will soon get exposed as a cross dresser.
Meanwhile, DPP Legislator Hsieh Hsin-ni (謝欣霓) told a separate press conference that she had evidence showing that some of the 3,754 receipts that were connected with Ma’s special allowance involved purchases of women’s underwear…
Hsieh said the purchases showed that the reason why city government staffer Yu Wen (余文), who was held responsible for the mishandling of the fund, had substituted receipts for smaller amounts with personal receipts for larger amounts was that the smaller receipts involved private instead of official expenditure.

Speaking of hypocrisy, those who defend Chen should not complain about Ma or those who complain of Ma should go after Chen first?
:roflmao:
All of the politicians past (Chiang, Lee, Lien, etc.) and present (Chen, Ma, etc.) are all in the same boat of KMT-devised inappropriate appropriations.
The hypocrisy comes into play when Ma calls for Chen to hold himself to a high standard whilst the former is doing the same (questionable usage of funds).
Would it be alright with everyone if Chen simply follows suit and donates a pile of money to charities? Would that prove that Chen is not greedy and did not embezzel?
How about it Chen sells the diamond rings and dontes the money to charity? Would that make him okay?
How about when Ma sells questionable KMT properties and keeps the money for KMT uses?
It was on the late news tonight. It appeared to be a largely untrained muttish tailwagger similar to those available from AnimalsTaiwan. No wonder he didn’t take it jogging. They said it liked Ma’s wife better than Ma.
So far, I believe, there has been no speculation as to the possibility it isn’t really the same dog, but they did display split screen photos of the pup (as seen above) and the newly emergent Ma Xiao-jeou. (Is that how Mayor Ma would spell it?)
I tried to get a photo of the TV picture, but I was too slow.
Any chance of the dog being another one? Ma’s wife surely never walks him outside, it looks like… and the journalists, made me feel really proud of not being one of their class…
