I’m heading to Hualian this afternoon and we’re thinking of this California roll sushi type of place (121美式壽司). The reviews online sound good. I was wondering if anyone here has tried it and their thoughts.
I have not been there but I like this Japanese place.

Update: We ate at 121 and it was delicious. We had a sashimi combo plate, a Tornado Roll (eel, avocado, cucumber, cream cheese, spicy tuna, mayo, and unagi sauce) and a Power Roll (shrimp tempura, avocado, seared beef, scallions, roe, lobster sauce, spicy mayo).
I can take or leave sashimi but what I came for were the rolls, and they didn’t disappoint. They have about two dozen different kinds, and their menu has photos and ingredients in English. I definitely recommend this place if you’re in the mood for American style sushi.
