Health Examination for HHR

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone here successfully completed the health examination abroad before taking it back to Taiwan to use? If you have, please share the process and any additional steps that need to be completed (e.g., translation, notary, authentication). Thank you!

If you do it abroad then you need your TECO to authenticate it. No translation needed, as I don’t think your doctor needs to write anything on the form — just check marks and a signature. Maybe some numbers.
