This is what I ate yesterday:

Breakfast
1 serving of oatmeal

There is no miracle method to lose weight. I use to competitive spar in a weight class. You have to count calories and be strict to stay within a certain amount.

It might be advisable to keep active so not to think about food when you feel like snacking until the next proper meal time.

Bri, if you need to count calories I have an old uni textbook, Understanding Nutrition, with good charts showing the calories in most types of food.

There is an online database that not only gives you the calorie count for 5900 different foods, but their complete nutritional content.
