There’s a new chain called J-T in some towns that has both the one that you
mix with milk as well as the one that you just add water (but it is in packets).
Seems like they have the Hershey’s stuff in Carrefour now, my GF picked some up the other day, they also seem to have thier nasty chocolate bars for those that crave it.
