Job Description:
- Provide individual or small group classes.
- Provide timely guidance and feedback based on students’ needs and progress.
- Design teaching plans and materials to help students improve their academic performance.
- Collaborate with the team to design teaching materials, assist in the development and improvement of teaching resources, and stay up to date with testing trends.
- Maintain a positive learning environment and create a conducive atmosphere for learning.
- Integrate various textbooks and reference materials, collect the latest exam questions, and create teaching materials, handouts, and practice exercises.
Qualifications:
- Teaching experience or professional background in English (G3-G12, Reading/Writing, AP Lang/Lit) or Math (G3-G12, AP Precalc/Calc AB/BC)
- Familiarity with international education systems and college entrance preparation.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong spirit of teamwork.
- Passion for the field of education.
- Patience, attentiveness, and adaptable teaching methods.
- Availability to work according to the tutoring center’s operating hours.
Compensation:
- Salary negotiable based on individual capabilities and experience. $800-1000 NTD
- Providing comprehensive on-the-job training and teaching resources.
