For me, it was listing 20 year olds as Mid Age that caught my attention.

Nope. “Middle age” literally means halfway to death. Even at my current age of 40, I hate being considered middle age, but I’ve reluctantly come to accept it. Most people probably consider middle age to be from 35 to 55 or so. Maybe 60 nowadays since people are staying healthier longer. After that, you’re definitely old.
