Hokkien-English Speakers for AI Translation Project

Greetings! My company VoxCroft Analytics has started a project using AI for translation of Hokkien into English. We are looking to hire a crowd of Hokkien-English speakers at various levels to help build the translation datasets. Does anyone know of avenues to find this talent pool in Taiwan?
