Hi everyone, I just got a $5000 vouchers from Taiwan lucky draw at the airport. The vouchers allow me to dine in-house restaurants from various hotels in Taipei. Of all the hotels in the list I can see some famous names like Grand Hyatt, Taipei Marriott, Regent, Courtyard by Marriott Taipei, Ceasar Metro, Evergreen Laurel, Howard Plaza, etc.
As a tourist here I have no idea if there’s any amazing restaurant in the above list that I have to try with my partner. We’re pretty flexible with cuisine so any recommendation is appreciated!

I’m not sure if it is included in the voucher you received, but I’ve had a great experience at “La Palais” restaurant in the Palais de Chine Hotel.
Their Peking duck, served in (if I recall) five ways, was incredible.
Upside: great ambience, service, selection (including 普洱茶).
Downside: caters to larger groups, required a few months booking in advance, their famous Peking duck might be too much for a couple of people (unless I’m invited, 
)
