Hours offered are less than minimum

I have a contract and a work permit that stipulates that the hours I am supposed to be offered can’t go below 15 hours a week. However, for the last two months, my schedule has been around 10 hours a week. The situation doesn’t look to be improving. Being so, I have a few questions?

1.) What if the company that sponsors my ARC and work permit, doesn’t give me the minimum required hours to adhere to the contract agreement and meet the basic 60 hour a month requirement for the ARC?

2.) What if they continue this trend of keeping hours low?

Have they changed it from 14 hours?

Anyway, talk to the labor department in the city/county where you work. The employer is failing to meet its obligations to you and to the government.
