I live in Hsinchu and many of my friends and myself use Mr. Peng. He speaks pretty good English and has been great to deal with. I have actually never met the owner of my apartment, only Peng and the owner’s wife, who didn’t speak a lick of English. Peng is very trustworthy and I recommend him to anyone looking.
