Does anyone know how FamilyMart digital gift cards work? I’ve received some from Taishin after complaining about the Richart/JKO issue, but I have no idea what the hell I’m supposed to do with them.
What they sent me is three 19-digit alphanumeric codes. I reluctantly installed the My FamiPort app, thinking there might be an option in there to enter the codes, but if there is I can’t find it.
Any ideas?
I believe you have to use the Taiwan version of the app:

I figured it out. Well, I asked some friends and two of them familiar with the app did and explained it. It’s under the vouchers/coupons icon, rather than the part where you scan the barcodes of physical gift cards:
Apparently there are two Taiwanese FamilyMart apps - “My FamiPort” and a “regular” one, I’m guessing the one you posted. I’m not sure what the difference between the two is, but I won’t be installing the second one to find out. I’ll likely be deleting this one once I’ve used the vouchers haha.
My Taiwanese friend said it’s more obvious how to do it in the regular one. The My FamiPort one seems to be in Chinese only and it blocks screenshots on certain screens, so it was a bit annoying to figure out.
