How do I make import my IE Links Toolbar into Firefox

I recently downloaded Mozilla Firefox 1.0.2, and I would like to make my Firefox Booksmarks Toolbar the same as my IE Links Toolbar. How do I do it?

(I already tried File -> Import -> Internet Explorer -> Favorites, and that didn’t work. It imported all of my Favorites and made them Bookmarks, but it didn’t put the Links into the Bookmarks Toolbar.)

Also, how do I re-name the bookmarks that are already on the Bookmarks Toolbar?

If you go to Bookmarks -> Manage Bookmarks you can copy and paste all the bookmarks you want to appear in the toolbar to the folder that’s labeled “Bookmarks Toolbar Folder” (it should be named that as it appears to be the default name).

After you do what miltownkid said, you can right-click on a bookmark, choose “Properties”, and you can change the name.
