How do I pick up Gold Card from TECO LA office if closed?

Hi everyone,

This might be a stupid question, but after my Gold Card arrives at the TECO LA office, how do I pick it up if the office is closed?

I know passport verification can be done through mail, but how do I pick up the actual physical Gold Card?
