How do you make a collect call

That’s useful for when I’m back home.
I only see Skype to phone in Calls area, but it is a Free Trial (have not clicked on it).
What/where/how in Skype can this be done?

You select the country you are calling in the drop down and change it from USA or Canada (the default) to Taiwan. You then enter the number exactly 0800- xxx and it will go through.

It doesn’t appear to work for other countries, I tried calling a Japanese toll free and it told me I needed credits. Taiwan doesn’t need credit to call.
