So I’ve been using a lot of dating apps and talking to women in coffee shops and book stores and so on.
It seems to be extremely difficult to find a nice woman who genuinely wants a relationship. They usually meet me once or twice, then ghost me.
Can anyone give me any solid advice?
It would seem that your issue is not with meeting women but rather continuing to meet with them. Suggest thinking back on where you’ve been meeting with them and how the conversations have gone with a view to modifying behaviour for future dates.
I’ve been married twice, but the issue is the women I meet just seem to want a one night stand. They don’t actually want to get to know me. Usually I like meeting in traditional tea houses and doing traditional things, like reading poetry.
Interesting how reading poetry in tea houses lead to one night stands for you!
Do you meet women and become friends afterwards? Having conversations about poetry etc. ?
Are you actually ethnic Chinese? Or 93? Why would you want to meet in a tea house and read poetry?
I mean I got a date on Wednesday night to see Diana Krall and I already feel old writing that.
Do they also want money for that?
Yes, one woman said she was having legal trouble and needed me to give her 20k to help her out. When I refused she blocked me.
Oh boy. We gots a live one here.

I’m white British and 39.
There is no other way you can meet woman here. You gotta pay to play. Stop it with all that relationship BS.

I’ve been married twice
And? Did you learn anything?

Yes, neither of them really liked me. They just wanted a British visa.
Maybe avoid the apps and mix and mingle a bit. Salsa night, language exchange, hiking club.

Can you drop some names of these places?
Facebook. But Hsinchu is a barren wasteland. Unless you is South African.

I have the opposite issue.
People I find are trying to get married quickly. I’d rather go slow or have fun.
