How long should you simmer chicken legs in a Tatung cooker?

I used about 2 cups of water and it took between 30 to 40 minutes to cook the chicken legs. The cup is the one provided by Tatung.

Is the amount of water really that important for anything other than rice?

As the original request is for time, it would make a difference in time to boil, but there’s a lot of other missing variables like size of pot, wattage, number of legs etc. :man_shrugging:
