Taiwan is famous for having a convenience store on every corner… but just HOW convenient is it? I made a game to find out! I was always curious - what’s the longest “chain” of convenience stores possible in Taiwan?

The Challenge: Stand at any convenience store (7-11, FamilyMart, Hi-Life, OK Mart), look around, and see if you can spot another one. Walk to it and repeat! How long can you keep the chain going?

Rules:

  • Stand at a convenience store entrance
  • Look around - can you see another store with your eyes?
  • Walk to it and repeat!
  • :light_bulb: You can go up to 5 meters outside the entrance for a better view
  • :warning: Each shop can only be used once in your chain

My personal best so far: 7 stores around zhongxiao fuxing

It was some time ago, but at an intersection on Linsen N Rd in between Nanjing and Civic Blvd you could do a 360 degree spin and see six in sight. Two Seven-11s, two Family Marts, an OK Mart, and a Hi-Life.
