How much are you paying for you World Gym membership

well, you don’t need to wait 3+ months to use the gym and I’m not getting a better deal to pay in advance.

If you feel so strongly about it, follow your own advice:

I check on the this forum and saw that Taiwan law allows us 15 days to cancel a membership from the signing date so I still have a week.

I don’t mind the monthly but I hear alot of people not paying the initration fee which is $3888

I paid the sign-up fee.
I don’t know anyone up here who had it waived.

No way!! Never pay a sign-up/initiation fee. I worked for LA Fitness for 2 years and you can always get the sign-up fee waived. as a rule of thumb never take the first 2 offers and usually take off about 1/3 of what they’re asking for a monthly to get an average price. world gym showed me $7888 sign up(waived) $2888 fee for something like maintance and $2088/mo. I got $0 sign-up $2000 maintance fee(1 time only) and $1100/mo. or you could do $15000 for 15 months paid in full. Talk to Paul at mode mall location speaks good English and is a cool guy who won’t screw you. Keep in mind they do work on commission and i still want him to make a buck as well.
