1001 Nights Taipei has belly dancers. Lots of the popular clubs have dancers either on a front stage, stages around club, or floor level.
Clubs use different ways to hire dancers so you’ll need to find a contact person from each club. Some clubs have one person in club who coordinates and hires everyone, some clubs leave it to a dance leader to hire and bring them in, some clubs just call a dance service to handle everything.
Or try to find a dance company that provides dancers for events.

MIK Indian food restaurants (some locations) have belly dancers. MIK12 is looking now.
A premiere club with dancers is KOR.
And also lower level clubs.
