Forgive my ignorance, but how does one go about creating a poll here?
And before anyone answers that question, has anyone ever done a poll about what part of Taiwan users live in? (north, central, south, east, outlying islands, not in Taiwan, that kind of thing?)

If you hit the little “Options” wheel, there’s an option to “Build Poll.”

I can see the wheel when I reply to your comment, but what about when I click the “+New Topic” button on the front page?
Make sure you have a subforum selected or that whole bar of icons won’t appear/you won’t be able to type a post at all.
