Like many things it probably depends on your metrics (world class snipers, or financial crises, for example). There probably isn’t a master list for developed countries.
Going back to your original statement that:
I’m still of the opinion that if you never think about Canada, that goes a long way to explaining why you don’t see how Canada is relevant globally…
