How to change this fuse?

That’s not a fuse, it’s a circuit breaker. Why do you want to change it?

Check first that something else hasn’t blown in your place (a plug on an appliance) causing that switch to trip out. Then just push it back to the on position.

Make sure there is no short circuit by some defective appliance on that line and just flip the switch over.

Do not! get an electrician. Dont risk doing any electric work yourself in Taiwan, you have no idea how it was done, and what can happen to you. Better pay someone to do it for you.

Not that they’ll have any idea either, but at least it’ll be their fault.

It’s a rented apartment…

There’s probably nothing wrong with the breaker. Have you tried turning it off and on again?

To do that properly, you need to move it back to the ON position, then all the way back to the OFF position again as much as you can, and then finally move it all the way back to the ON position.

If it won’t stay on, you need to find out what’s on that circuit and turn all of or unplug, then turn it on again.
If it still won’t stay on you need to get your land lord to sort it, if it stays on then tun on/ plug in everything one at a time se if you can work out that is making it trip.

Quick note on safety. Loads of houses here literally have no ground. not just no wire, but usually no plate/rod/anything. Even if outlets have the 3rd prong, so many times are they not wired to one. One would assume an apartment building would, and would be inspected. especially one with such a fancy table. But… It is always safer not to assume. Especially in Taiwan. Especially with electrical work. Treat everything as if it were hot and as if there is no grounding. Also, with electrical work, if one needs to ask how to change a breaker, hire someone to do it
