How to complain about an erased red line?

So I had the suspicion that there used to be a red line in front of my apartment because you can still see some sort of mark, and also it would just make sense considering how narrow the street is.

I checked on the government website gis.gov.taipei and it seems like there should really be a red line several blocks long right there. How can I notify the relevant department that someone erased the line?

Oh really? And that will automatically notify the relevant authorities to repaint it?

Thank you, I have submitted through the Taipei City 1999 website. I added maps, pictures and diagrams so that it is impossible to misunderstand. I will keep you guys updated, I assume this will drag out for months. Also if the neighbors find out they will be pissed at me because they park their scooters here. Oops.
