How to fax from US to Taiwan?

I tried having someone fax medical documentations from US to Taiwan and it did not work.
I tried +886-2-0000-0000 (I used 0 just to not disclose personal info)

but I heard maybe it is actualy 011+886-0000-0000

Why not use X instead of 0? Then you don’t have to explain it to anyone :sunglasses:

If you’re making an international call from the US, you have to dial the international access code first (011)

So: 011-886-2-XXXX-XXXX.
