Why not 轉貼霸王?
重貼 means “post again (in the same way/location)”, which is not the meaning of re-post (posting the same thing elsewhere) as far as I know. That’s why 轉貼 would be more accurate.
If you Google both terms it’s quite clear that in Taiwan 轉貼 is used for re-post and not 重貼, unless you are looking for re-usable stickers or film for your cell phone screen.

轉貼 and 轉發 both work, but OP was asking about 重貼. It works, but not as well as the first two.

Well now I’m torn! My inner perfectionist won’t stop asking questions. This is compounded by the fact that 帖 is a variant of 貼.
