If post is 帖子, does that make repost 再帖子?

More importantly, how good is 帖子?

I find 貼文 more common than 發文, but I am no expert in the matter.

發佈貼文 is probably the long version, with 發佈 the verb and 貼文 the noun, but I just asked my colleague how to say “to post sth” and she replied 貼文, noting that it can be used as verb. Cha bu duo~~

I’d go with this one.

重複帖子沙皇 is too literal and doesn’t sound Chinese. It sounds like a translation.

Yeah, czar doesn’t really have the connotations in Chinese that it has in English.
