Any nice libraries in Hualien?
This one seems like it needs to be condemned.

Well, regarding libraries, you may have to lower your standards if living in Hualien. The library in Jian is not better. The small library in Shoufeng just reopened after renovation but is very small. Maybe just cruise around the bookstores instead.
