Hi. I am going to hike Zhuilu trail and found the website for the permit, no problem. Do you also need a permit for the Luishui - Wenshan trail? If so, I can’t find the link to the website. Thanks.
If a permit is required, it will be indicated at the Taroko Park government site. You can see there that a permit is required for the Zhuilu Trail:

By the way, this was the same permit situation back in 2014 when I hiked these trails. Zhuilu was amazing and I didn’t see a single piece of garbage during the entire 8 hours of hiking. Hopefully it’s still the same.
