Here is my contribution (but it is not about me): In Kaohsiung circa 1997, there was a handsome British guy dating a local lawyer. She was quite vicious and was connected to the city gov’t. So…there was a fresh, young, British kindergarten teacher who liked him…and the lawyer one had her deported by the Immigration Police for not following the work guidelines (she had a work visa but connected to a different address or something). LOL!!!
