I’m looking for an affordable Mandarin language center in the Taipei area for the Fall 2025 semester. My budget is around 20,000 NTD, and it should ideally be Ministry of Education–approved. I’m open to any location within Taipei, as my main goal is to learn Mandarin within my budget.
