Maybe it needs a countdown timer, or a button for the players to say we’ll just play with the people in the room, and fill the empty spots with CPU players.

Last night, people would be waiting but no ball was served, and peoplenjist have to wait. Then suddenly one player will dienfor no reason at all, and then again no ball was served for the new round. It continued for at least half an hour.
Oh, that’s just the next level, the balls are invisible. 
Being a saboteur is pretty fun too!
