Hi everyone, i need a bank statement from my local bank (第一銀行) and im not sure how to do it so i figure i would ask here first. I’ve read a similar thread about bank statements and most of the people said that it’s not possible? Thanks in advance 
Probably easiest to go to a bank branch and ask the employees there (bring plenty of time…).
Banks should definitely offer this kind of service - in my online banking (E.Sun), I can even order one online for a small fee (it’s called “存款餘額證明申請”):
I hope this kind of statement should be sufficient for a visa application.

It’s definitely possible, pretty much a routine request for Visas, they should also have it in English.
Also check with your visa service, many will accept a photocopy of your bank book with a simple translation if necessary.
