Not sure what dialect she spoke. I only recognized few words. It is closer to Hakka than Taiwanese. So, maybe she is a reporter from southern province of China?

Hakka. It sounds like Cantonese, but then it’s kind of whiny and nasally sounding, and has the distinguishing diphthong “eu”.

They won’t open it to the public. The tunnel goes all the way to America now so the current administration can run away with their green cards.
