Hi Erney. Yes, as Yellow Cartman said, you can get US citizenship. One thing that might be of concern to you, though, is whether or not you can keep your Malaysian citizenship. US citizens are allowed by US law to be dual citizens, although the US would not recognize that second citizenship. Some other countries, and Malaysia may be one of them, do not allow their citizens to have dual citizenship. In such a country, becoming a citizen in another country means an automatic loss of your original nationality.
Basically, you might need a special visa to enter the USA with intention to marry if you plan your wedding in the USA. Or you could enter on a tourist visa and get married in the USA, but then you can’t leave the USA for a few years, while your visa situation gets sorted out.
But the short of it. There is no formal test to get citizenship through marriage. You might be asked questions like how did you meet during the interview process for the permenant residency part.
So whatever you do don’t say stuff like “We met at a bar and I offered him $70,000 USD to marry me for 7 years. At which point we get a divorce. It is clearly written out in our pre-nup.”
Then once you get your permenant residency established for a few years, you might develop a desire to select the next “leader of the free world.”
You schedule your appointment with the Department of Homeland Security, sign some papers, take an oath, and viola…you are now a new member of the Infidels out to destroy Islam.

How badly do you want it? If you want it badly enough, you’ll spend the minimum 183 days (not less than 1.5 years within a 3 year period).
If you say you can’t stay in the US for even 1 month, then there’s no use for your husband to apply for you. The US consular official will see through it and will reject your application on the spot because you have no intention to reside in the US. If you can demonstrate a commitment to reside in the US and do so, then you’ve overcome part of the hurdle. However, consular officials can be pretty picky and difficult so…
