It somehow installed itself, I don’t know how.
How do I get rid of it?
I tried uninstalling. Doesn’t work.
I have used search and destroy. Doesn’t seem to work either.

NTT DoCoMo introduces (raw english translation) it’s new PDA. The Sigmarion III is a WindowsCE.Net device compatible with the FOMA 384kbit/s wireless service.
The Sigmarion III PDA has a 6.2-inch 640?240-dot color TFT screen, 32MB of RAM and 16MB of flash RAM. Microsoft Windows CE .NET Version 4.1 is running on an Intel PXA255 400Mhz CPU.
Additionally the PDA features a type II CF slot, PHS, FOMA and standard mobile phone connectors, plus an IrDA port and printer port.
The size of the devices is 189x117x21mm and it weighs about 455g.
