Illegal for a hospital to actually do antibody testing?

Ive read that entire article. Theres still no reasons to ban them. Even the fda has approved certain antibody test and there are super easy to get in america. I got one done the other day for 10$ took 15 minutes.

The article does suggest that antibody testing is a reasonable way of checking for prior infection (with obvious limitations, of course).

Test for Past Infection | CDC yes. Again nobody can answer why getting antibodies tested should be illegal.
this is super strange behavior and its also stranger having people so agrresively try to shut things down and pretend like nothing is going on here.

because people should be allowed to get an antibody test to see if they were infected in the past ?
