Is it my imagination or Taiwanese have discovered street water fountains?
I hope this is not a fountain, but rather a robot that lasers away cars that aim to park on the sidewalk.

I’ve always hoped they would provide some washbasins for us foreigners. We clearly sweat more than the average Taiwanese. I just hope they won’t enforce laws regarding public nudity if we actually make use of these basins.
