My friend in US is making an indie film, and he is kinda wondering if there is any film producer here in TW? I don’t know much about the art industry here. If someone is interested in promoting their film here, how does it work? Any idea? 
your friend needs to register EARLY for the Taipei Film Festival. get the submission in as quick as you can, either he or you should be at the festival to screen your film. that’s it! at least a start.
