Indoor Playground and Toddler Friendly Activities in Taipei

Hi all! ive been doing a lot of research on indoor playgrounds for toddlers (2 and 4 years old). it seems like there are several government sponsored parent-child centers, however it seems like you need a child ID, open to mainly only locals/citizens. I am coming from USA, so am unsure how to register online.
I see many child-friendly indoor cafes/playgrounds, however several are permanently closed down. Does anyone know of toddler-friendly indoor cafes and/or playgrounds, activities that are open to foreigners?

Looking specifically for the Taipei area, bonus points if it is near an MRT station

The absolute best one is Lovemeland in Xindian.

Deerkids in Zhongzheng has good art classes to do together.

Good photobooths are also alot of fun because you can all play with all the different hats and stuff before you take the picture.

Also 1985 pizza has locations all over taipei, they are very appealing to little ones ans always have a ball pit and some other stuff
