Yesterday I visited Dr. Mei Hua Tsai at Ya Dong Hospital in Banchao.
Born in The Phillippines, her English is perfect and so is her bedside manner.
For the first time in Taiwan, I was able to speak to a doctor and feel absolutely certain that she understood everything I said.
Anyway, if you need to see a family doctor, I cannot recommend her more.
She is on the 6th floor at Ya Dong.
