Perhaps some kind of crane fly. That body is long, not round… it’s curled up so looks are deceiving.
With my limited Biological skills , I could only deduce that it was a fly on a wall

Nice crab though. We found a lot the other night and took some pics while searching put feogs at a new location near our house. They are pretty fun little guys, and i am very much ignorant about them

Haha. I dont bite anymore, too dirty. I clip them short intentionally as my work is mostly hands on so broken nails hurt…i never claimed to be pretty
