The discussions of getting a CCRD (Police Report) certified at an Taiwan Overseas Representative Office in this thread have suggested this topic to me.
My question is: Does anyone know if any of the international courier companies offer prepaid services for dealing with these certification matters?
In other words, a person would want to express their documents to the relevant Taiwan Overseas Representative Office, and provide a prepaid envelope to have those documents expressed back to Taiwan after certification.
Another question of course is how much the “certification charges” are, and how payment is to be made. Perhaps the international courier companies interested in doing this business could research that as well!!
