Does anyone on this website know anything about reasonably priced international schools in Taipei/N Taiwan?
Try Grace Christian Academy, or Domenican School. (A complete list of foreign schools is available on the at www.ait.org.tw). However, these schools are not cheap, only relatively inexpensive.
A good number of expats here are homeschooling, also.
